Parent and Me: (18 months - 3 years) Boys and Girls Your child will be allowed to explore our gym to enhance their coordination, improve their balance, and strengthen their motor skills. This class starts with 5 minutes of structured warm up time, followed by 40 minutes of non-structured time. During the non-structured time, an instructor will guide you and your child through various gymnastics stations. This is a 45-minute class full of fun and development.

Pre-Stars: (3 - 4 years) Boys and Girls Your child will participate in an exciting 55 minute class where they will be strengthening and stretching their muscles, as well as learning basic gymnastics skills. This class is structured and begins with a 10 minute warm up, followed by four gymnastics events just their size, and finishes up with 10 minutes of fun. Your child will be allowed to play in the pit, jump in a bounce house, swing on the rope, and more!

Girls All-Stars: (5-6 years) A 55 minute class that moves away from the mini-events that pre-stars offers and begins using the real apparatuses. Follows the same structure as Pre-Stars.

Boys All-Stars: (5-8 years) A 55 minute class that moves away from the mini-events that pre-stars offers and begins using the real apparatuses. Follows the same structure as Pre-Stars.

Beginner Girls: (7 years and older) A 55-minute class. No experience required! Just willingness to learn. The girls will learn skills on 6 events throughout the session (vault, bars, beam, floor, tumble track, and trampoline). They must master 90% of their skills in order to move up unless recommended otherwise.

Intermediate Girls: (Invitation Only) An 85-minute class for girls who have mastered 90% of beginner level skills or have been recommended by a coach. This level will build on the skills mastered along with strength and conditioning exercises needed for the more difficult skills.

Advanced Girls: (Invitation Only) A 115-minute class for girls who have mastered the Beginner and 90% of Intermediate level skills. They will continue to build on the skills mastered and the conditioning while working toward the competitive skill level.

Beginner Boys: (8 years and older) A 55-minute class. No experience required! Just willingness to learn. The boys will learn skills on 6 events throughout the session (vault, parallel bars, floor, rings, tumble track, and trampoline). They must master 90% of their skills in order to move up unless recommended otherwise.

Beginner Tumbling: (5 years and older) Boys and Girls A 55-minute class for children who are interested in learning how to tumble. The goal for this class is to master and round-off back handspring before being allowed to move up.

Advanced Tumbling: (Invitation Only) Boys and Girls A 55-minute class for those who have been recommended or evaluated for this level. The athlete must have a round-off back handspring without a spot and the willingness to learn layouts, fulls, and whatever skills needed.
